About Us

At PropertyCraft, we’re more than property managers; we’re long-term partners in building value.

Founded by siblings Warren and Deirdre Lizio, PropertyCraft is a family business rooted in the close-knit South End of Boston, where we first discovered the impact real estate can have on a neighborhood. With four decades of hands-on experience, we’ve witnessed how thoughtful development and smart planning can transform communities, and we bring that same vision to every property we manage.

With a unique blend of corporate real estate knowledge and a personalized management approach, we work side-by-side with owner-investors to unlock the full potential of their properties, creating places that thrive for both owners and tenants.

Real Estate Industry Affiliations

We have earned the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute for Real Estate Management - the highest, and most difficult to attain qualification in the industry. It demonstrates competence, professionalism, and a dedication to learning.

  • My multifaceted real estate career includes residential development, consulting with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, and commercial loan underwriting for a national bridge/mezz lender.  Most recently, I was the Director of Property Management for a regional real estate management company with over 2,000 apartments and 60,000 sf of commercial in my portfolio.

I am an alumnus of two Boston University Real Estate programs, the University of Massachusetts, and Boston College High School.

I also served as the President of the IREM Boston Chapter in 2020, the largest chapter with over 700 members, and on the International IREM Board of Directors for two years. I am active in our local neighborhood association, Chamber of Commerce, and several other real estate associations.

  • Modern property management should be strategic, ethical, and empowering. What makes my day? Solving problems for our clients and freeing them from the day-to-day duties that keep them from focusing on their bigger life goals. I love working with owners to build stability in their investments, supporting both financial growth and community well-being. Respect and transparency drive better outcomes, and that’s central to how we do business.

I bring international operations experience from global companies such as Moody’s Analytics, Risk Management Solutions, Deutsche Bank, and Holstee. I honed my project management skills across various industries over the years, including sustainable urban affairs, energy retrofits, catastrophic risk modeling, and SaaS.

My first experience in property management was helping my parents with apartment turnovers during the 90s. I was keen to earn extra money, and my tasks included everything from pulling out carpets and painting apartments to shoveling snow. Now, I enjoy working with clients and find great satisfaction in supporting them to streamline their management processes.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Business Management from NYU, a Bachelor’s in Urban Affairs from The New School, and I’m a Boston Latin alumna.
